MUSIC LABEL: SAM SKILLINGTON MUSIC – ST THOMAS, JAMAICA
Sam Skillington Music is an independent record label that was established in 2021 by three multi-talented creatives. The year 2022 marks the debut of this boutique label which has since expanded to become one of the most prestigious music labels originating from the parish of St Thomas on the island nation of Jamaica.
SSM started as an idea by two close friends; Halington “Ali” Warmington and Adolph Salmon, who teamed up with Ali’s son, the iconic Dancehall star and fan favorite, Emwah “Skillibeng” Warmington. Whereas these three gentlemen hold a relationship of Father, Son & Uncle, their label ‘Sam Skillington Music’ was created with the two main goals;
- To bridge the gap between veterans and up & coming artists
- To help rising artists that are part of Sam Skillington Music, to appreciate the legacy that was created for them, while maintaining their vision for the Jamaican music industry going forward
Their sole desire has always been to do things “the right and professional way”, hence they have sought a team of advisors and other music industry professionals from the inception of their empire. This team has continued to work with the music label to ensure professionalism and quality standard aimed for at Sam Skillington Music.

Ali Warmington
Ali Warmington is one of three Chief Executive Officers at SSM. He is also a music Producer, Co-composer and one of the Executive Producers at Sam Skillington Music. With his business savvy, Ali holds a strong background for Business Operations and Management.
Adolph Salmon
Adolph Salmon is a rising Producer, Managing Director, Secretary, & also an Executive Producer at Sam Skillington Music. As a perfectionist, Adolph has the capacity to grow musically by motivating his team and associates to perform at an optimum level.
Emwah “Skillibeng” Warmington
Emwah “Skillibeng” Warmington is a renowned Jamaican Dancehall artist, commanding Performer, Songwriter, Composer, Producer, and Executive Producer at Sam Skillington Music. As an experienced recording artist, Skillibeng holds a sharp eye for talent and ear for great sound.
The music label; Sam Skillington Music, has emerged as a force of change in the Jamaican music business. The label has already created a multitude of instrumentals/riddims for their productions, including; their forthcoming debut album release, Congo Man Riddim and two other projects; Soldier Boy Riddim & Bad Temper Riddim following in line this year.
Some of the artists expected to be featured on these projects are; Jah Bouks, Rytikal, Bushman, Tarrus Riley, and several others.
